Discovery Day & TARCA Stall
Come join us at Rooksbury Mill for a Discovery Day.
Dr Richard Osmond will have his Hi-tech Wild Trek trailer on site where you can capture and identify and for a small cost (around 20p) photograph and creatures found in the lakes.
TARCA will also have a information stall on site with various activities for children
Sign will direct you to the site from the Main car park off of Barlows Lane

Bats, moths and Glow Worms
Come join us for a night of Bats, moths and Glow worms at Rooksbury Mill
Kate Savage (TARCA Chair) will be leading a guided walk around the lakes with bat detectors so we can hear and perhaps see what bats live there, and learn about their facinating life styles.
Graeme Davis (TARCA Vice-Chair) will hopefully be running a Moth trap (Weather dependant) at the same time to see what species of moths are present and explain why moths are important.There may also be Glow Worms out on the night which we can point out and explain

Come join us for a guided walk by Graeme Davis & Mervyn Grist to find some of our local Dragonflies and Damselflies. We can also point out to your some of the other local flora and fauna if interested

Come join in the days activities at the TVBC Woodfair. There are many stalls and activities to see for all the family.
